• LiFE is an individual program tailored to the lifestyle and capacity of the person
  • Taught at home and in their environment. A group-based LiFE has also been developed.
  • The number of sessions is based on the person being able to learn, integrate and upgrade the balance and strength activities each week.
  • Typically, five home visits, two phone calls and two booster visits.
  • On average, just two balance and two strength activities are introduced week one. These are reviewed, added to and upgraded as program progresses.
  • The person gradually increasing their autonomy in upgrading and sustaining the activities.
